We are committed to accommodating and addressing any concerns regarding shipping. Applicable rates are determined by the location and service chosen for your order. Please be aware that separate or individual purchases of Hijab and Hijab Accessories items will also incur shipping charges.

REFUSING OR NOT ACCEPTING SHIPPED ORDERS

Kindly note that once an order is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to receive it. In the event that a customer does not respond to the courier company, fails to receive the order, or refuses to accept it at the destination country (due to tax payments or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to LibasLab. LibasLab retains the right to deduct the following from the customer: shipping charges (both ways), as well as any duties imposed at the destination country and in the country of origin. Any remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial unsuccessful order, a new order will need to be placed.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be applicable for re-sending any orders, and these must be paid in advance of shipment. LibasLab will not be held responsible for items delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient or incorrect address information provided to us.
