Eligibility Conditions (if you received a damaged item)

For prompt assistance with discrepancies, defects, or transit damage, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, accompanied by clear images of the entire product. Regrettably, reports beyond this timeframe may not be addressed.

 

Cancellation of Order

Order cancellation is acceptable as long as the product is not shipped. However, once the product has been dispatched, the customer has to receive it in order to initiate the return process. Refunds will not be issued to people who refuse to accept the parcel.

You can request anything displayed on our website using this return credit voucher.

You have to use the same email that was mentioned in your previous orders.

You can pay the balance with other accepted methods if the purchase price exceeds the return credit voucher amount.
